Where is DCO.md? #132

Hi there! I'm considering contributing to this repository! It seems I need to DCO sign off, but I can't find DCO.md:(

Expected Behaviour

DCO.md is correctly refferenced from CONTRIBUTING.md

Current Behaviour

DCO.md not found.

Possible Solution

Maybe, tinkerbell/tink/blob/main/docs/DCO.md is correct refference?
