Adds UEFIBOOT and ESXIBOOT #62

Description

This adds the beginnings of being able to drop directly into different Operating Systems such as ESXi and Windows 20xx

Why is this needed

Removes the need to reboot, saving on valuable provisioning time.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested with qemu, some hardware might yield different results at this time.

How are existing users impacted? What migration steps/scripts do we need?

They are not, these are new options.

Agree with @nshalman this looks very interesting. @thebsdbox do you intend to continue working on this PR? If not maybe someone else would like to pick up where you've left off.
