Description

Label a new version of rootio that should pull in all recent fixes. Caveat: I don't know if our CI/CD still actually works...

Why is this needed

Currently shipped version has bugs

How Has This Been Tested?

How are existing users impacted? What migration steps/scripts do we need?

I think our builds are broken:
