Give packet data model a concrete name #114

The current packet data model is defined as an empty string for historic reasons. To ensure the application is abundantly clear with its data source it should be given an appropriate name and defaults configured for application configuration points.

This isn't required as the packet back-end will be removed with the Equinix API removal. This is because Hegel isn't used within Equinix which is the only consumer of the packet data model.
