Change default API to Hegel #115

112 introduced a Hegel specific metadata API. This issue is to switch the API default from the Equinix API to the new Hegel API and possibly deprecate the Equinix API.

We're introducing a Hegel metadata API and dropping support for Equinix specific APIs. We'll close this issue and await the Hegel API switch.
