I'll need to clean this up. I did what DCO recommended but it got messy.

Hey @james-martinez , we just merged a PR that uses the Tinkerbell Helm chart v0.4.2 and remove a significant amount of code. Please do check it out. If you still want PR this, please do reopen the PR. Thanks for your intent to contribute!
