Description

This will allow users to try out CAPT. The CAPT playground uses Task and a few bash scripts to create the playground.

Why is this needed

Fixes: #165

How Has This Been Tested?

How are existing users impacted? What migration steps/scripts do we need?

I've tested this locally on a few different machines.
