feat: Display github avatars of authors in learning path #44

Changes:

Display author's Github avatar in learning path similar to Github's contributors list
Update template and readme to reflect this change
Separate authors from content in applicable paths.

Next time please make sure that you create an issue on the repository before you work on something to avoid taking unecesary efforts. For example some other person might be also working on the same feature that you are working on.
