reenable multiple instances to run on the same machine #796

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
id like zscreen to be able to run in multiple instances again, this would be 
very helpful as we have almost 1500 users stuck at version 3.36 because 
anything after that has this functionality stripped out.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
a roll out of the newest features and fixes of zscreen to nearly 1500 users
