URL shortener #821

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
It's great, when you use URL shortener, but I would like to have a checkbox 
somewhere, to use URL shortener even URL isn't too long.
Forexample in Workflow wizard I can chose if image will be uploaded, or only 
copied to clipboard, but there isn't option to use URL shortener.
