Automatically open captured image in external program #825

Hi there. 

I am currently on version 4.9.0 (I have tried other version as well) 

I used to be able to set an external default program to automatically open up 
the captured screenshot. I am using Fast Stone Image Viewer to edit my screen 
shots. ZScreen used to automatically save the captured image in a location and 
immediately open the image in Fast Stone Image viewer. 

I am unable to find the settings for this functionality in the version I am 
running. 

Any assistance will be much appreciated. 

Keep up the good work on an awesome piece of software that makes snapshots a 
pleasure to work with !
