Crop screen double upload #831

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do a Crop Screenshot
2. Using teh FTP uplaod, the program do a double uplaod

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should expect only one uplaod, but teh program do 2 uplaods of the same image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.9.0 r3057 - Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

I know tha ZScreen is "outdated", but is 1000x better that Sharex, and i think 
im not the only one to say this...
this bug will not get updated?

I'm working on ShareX and McoreD working on ShareXmod. So i don't think this 
bug will get any fix.
