Sharepoint 2007 server upload with URL in clippboard #833

I'm searching for tutorial on upload screen-shots to secure sharepoint site. 
Ideal solution should be upload to document library and URL of added picture in 
clipboard.
I would use this solution for simplifying creation of wiki site with embedded 
pictures.

I know development is finished for Zscreen. Perhaps this is possible with 
ShareX?
