The LastSeen is now properly updated, like on Android
Topic.Description is now required (non-optional): we always initialize it anyway, and it saves a ton of checks.
Refactored topic initializers to be more idiomatic.

Apparently, we do not show Last Seen on iOS. It has to be added.
