Ready for reviewボタンを押すと落ちる #16

バグの内容

サイドバーでDraft状態のPullRequestの内容を表示して、『Ready for review』ボタンを押すと画面が落ちます。

コンソールには下記2件のエラーが出力されています。

Refused to frame 'https://github.com/{UserName}/{RepoName}/pull/{PRNumber}/ready_for_review' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-src http://render.githubusercontent.com http://viewscreen.githubusercontent.com http://notebooks.githubusercontent.com".

Uncaught DOMException: Blocked a frame with origin "https://github.com" from accessing a cross-origin frame.
