A few themes are missing. #32

Hi, I do have an emacs with base16-theme (MELPA 20151019.711) which have some nice themes (pop-dark, railscasts-dark).

In my fresh install in another computer (MELPA 20161227.1040) those themes are missing.

There was a bit of a reorganization of the themes a while back which has been the subject of much confusion.

If you still have the color schemes around, it should be fairly trivial to get them added upstream. Once that's done I can regenerate the theme files to add the missing ones.

I just pulled 2 themes I do miss, but I have all missing themes from this old version. Do you believe it worth a pull (of them all) ?

I'm going to close this in favor of the upstream issue for now. I'd be more than happy to add any themes which are added upstream.
