Can we get some guidance on where to post broad issues concerning Base16? #27

I almost feel like issues should perhaps be turned off on base16-schemes and those issues redirected here, where there is much more traffic - and plenty of general discussion about Base16 already. Several projects have policies like this to keep issues more focused.

Thoughts?

Yes, broader issues should be filed here - I see this as both the "spec" repo and the "home" repo.

I'm not sure about closing issues in the schemes repo though - there could be some scheme-related issues.
