Question: Should styling become part of a *singular* spec as well?

Since we're merging File Details into the spec... should Styling go in as well so that there is a single spec instead of two separate specs?

I personally think styling should be separate from the builder:

• The builder spec is for builders to implement and templates to use
• The styling spec includes guidelines for templates to implement to end up with a good theme implementation

Yeah in light of the idea that perhaps we support multiple style guides in the future (that work seamlessly with unified tooling) it wouldn't make sense for it all to be a singular spec.
