Moved server to .NET 8
Used some new features including source generator for regexes, collection expressions and primary constructors
Used more efficient overloads in some places
Refactored tests (deleted a bunch of unnecessary code)

A couple of questions/nits but overall this looks pretty good! Definitely like the use of primary constructors in test suites.
