I think the path we give in https://github.com/tiny-pilot/tinypilot/blob/master/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.md for collecting debug logs is no longer accurate, so we should point users to the new debug log script and give instructions for pulling logs from the web UI.
Also, we should ask users to report which HDMI capture device they're using if the issue is related to video capture.
