Video stream hangs after inactivity #61

A customer reported that the video stream freezes if the TinyPilot web interface is open for a long time.

Current workaround

Refreshing the page fixes the issue.

Closing, as this is likely just an issue with MJPEG exhausting memory in certain browsers. We should be moving the H264 soon, which will mitigate this.
