As @nelibjir said on wiki:

Wolfram alpha api - is not suitable, problems : free only for non-commercial, experiments. Otherwise the customer has to pay. The output is xml, but there is no tag for temperature. So the only way how to do it would be to parse the text in textplain tag weird behaviour, sometime I haven't got same results if I make same request again.
