removed styling around balances on siteheader so it isnt clickable #118

When running Augur. the link will still work in AURC because of dummydata in place. I can remove that if we would like but I was under the impression that balances stuff was just under construction and disabled temporarily. If this isn't the case, and we want to completely remove the idea of a balances page, then I can gladly clean it all out.

@JohnDanz: did you try running this? For me it removes all the styling (including the space between eth and rep) making the display hard to read.
