Create competition groups

As the number of members beings to grow, consider UX scaling options:

• New members will by default only see their own statistics
• New members can request to join an existing competition group
• New members can create a new competition group
• Members can be a member of multiple groups
• Groups will require an administrator to manage group name and permissions
• Non-authenticated homepage can show aggregate data for groups
