Intercom realtime: No realtime endpoints present so we can't connect #394

Hi, I attempted to integrate Intercom to a fresh new React Native app but failed. The Messenger didn't operate realtime. Noticed an error message in the logcat:

Intercom realtime: No realtime endpoints present so we can't connect

Has anyone seen this error message or this problem? Any idea would be appreciated. Thanks!
