I am implementing this library to provide our users with a direct support channel.
I don't want to use push notifications, but I do want the users to be able to open a direct support chat through the app. Is this not possible?
When I open the Intercom panel this is all I see. On our website I have the option to begin a new chat session. Why don't I see that here?
