Fixes bad gateway error on android build 463 #464

Fixes #463 error where attempting to build results in a 502 gateway error due to bintray maven respositories being deprecated

After upgrading to latest version I have:

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

What went wrong: Execution failed for task ':app:bundleReleaseResources'.

A failure occurred while executing com.android.build.gradle.internal.tasks.Workers$ActionFacade Android resource linking failed /home/circleci/project/mobile/android/app/build/intermediates/bundle_manifest/release/processReleaseManifest/bundle-manifest/AndroidManifest.xml:33: AAPT: error: unexpected element found in .

Any ideas?

@yavorsky I don't think this PR is the place for this comment. Take a look at line 33 of the AndroidManifest.xml and it should point you in the right direction. I'd also suggest doing a ./gradlew clean before doing your build if you didn't already

In the latest version(21.1.1) the issue is still there. The changes in this MR are not there in the latest version.
