python 3 support for odoo 11 #100

Python 3 for Odoo 11 ? Why? I already use Python3 with erppeek and there is no issues. And don't forget one thing, Odoo is an exernal process, it can be in Python 2 or 3, it's not an issue for erppeek, if you use a network protocol
