Support as7262 module #594

Hey, I forgot to create an issue first (as mentioned in the CONTRIBUTION.md) to implement a driver for the as7262 module. I have already created the driver and made a pull request. Hopefully this is ok for you and doesn't tangentially affect anyone else.
