Page to be updated (if applicable) https://www.tiny.cloud/docs/advanced/accessibility/

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Keyboard only users need to know how to access the contextual toolbars (like the fly-out option menus). I gave an "accessibility challenge" to students skilled in keyboard only testing and none of them could figure out how to edit the alt-text for an image they inserted using only the keyboard. They even checked the keyboard shortcuts and accessibility pages.

Describe the solution you'd like Describe what the Ctrl+F9 does and give an example of when it is needed in the How to use the editor section of the accessibility page.

Hi @brichwin ,

Looking though these issues today. Just so you are aware, the help plugin provides info on keyboard shortcut and editor navigation. However, I'll do what I can to get the docs fixed up.

Thanks Tyler
