Updated angular.io links to point to new Angular docs at angular.dev.
Using standalone components are now the default for Angular projects, so this is now reflected in the docs. This simplified some sections as most changes are made to a single component.
Added an Angular modules note at the bottom. This mentions the use of EditorModule.
This was tested with Angular v18 CLI.
