DOC-2498: Update TinyMCE for Java Swing `Contact sales` link.

• Add new global variable to antora.yml to include this new link.

@kemister85 Just thinking out loud, how come this is targeted for TinyMCE 7.5 release rather than a hotfix directly to production?

Because i decided to scheduled it as part of 7.5s release date as it's not an urgent fix.
