Image contextmenu : add option for insertion

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As reported by several issues (tinymce/tinymce#5646, tinymce/tinymce#5886, tinymce/tinymce#6349, ...), the "image" contextmenu entry (of version 5.x) does not appears like it did in 4.x : thus it cannot be used for image insertion. (the documentation stated otherwise, a bug has been filed about this, cf tinymce/tinymce-docs#1900)

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add an option (to the image plugin ?) so the Image contextmenu entry can be systematically displayed : allowing insertion (if nothink is selected), or image property edition (when image is selected)
• or else change the default behavior like it was in 4.x
