Updated to 1.3.6 #32

Some recent patches are critical to deploying nesc/tinyos on Mac.

If this is pulled also please tag the commit with v1.3.6.

Hi Brad, I tried to figure out what has changed since 1.3.5 to 1.3.6. Can you give me a pointer, or can you summerize the changes in a release note kind of thing and add that to the commit.

This should be in the changelog file.

Changes in nesC 1.3.6

- use the version of gcc specified in ./configure when invoking nescc
- support compiling with new versions of emacs
- update alignment type to support Mac OS X
