I thought it could be convenient to add notes as features are added, for instance in the RP2040 firmware, the pins of the FPGA exposed over USB, or the debug port pinout diagram...

I copied the https://github.com/tinyvision-ai-inc/UPduino-v3.0/tree/master/docs/source skeleton, blanked out and reviewed, and deployed for a test here: https://panoramix-labs.fr/tinyvision-ai-inc/pico-ice/Docs/htdocs/
