My name is Eric Chen, I am a student of Shanghai University of China and my major is Materials Science. Besides, I am also a beginner of deep learning because I want to implement deep learning to materials science.
Recently, I read a masterpiece named “Identification of crystal symmetry from noisy diffraction patterns by a shape analysis and deep learning” (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41524-020-00466-5). The rigorous experiment designing and beautiful graphs in this masterpiece really impressed me. I read it carefully and rerun the code to understand the work in details.
However, I got a problem, which is I am so stupid and I can’t retrain the model and get such an amazing result. I read the code in Github, but I still can’t understand part of the work of the paper. So I hope I can get help from you. I hope I can get the code to learn how to perform a deep learning work in materials science.
I am sincerely to seek for help from you. I know it is not easy to do this job and I promise I will only use the code in LEARNING or else I can undertake the laws issue. And I will cite the paper in my the following papers.
WISH YOU HEALTHY AND HAPPY.
