/api/accounts returns 500

How to reproduce:

• send {"phone":"","email":"n@n.n","name":"dv","operatingName":"FP RESTAURANTS Inc.","address":"1401 Constitution Ave NW Washington, DC 20230"} at POST /api/accounts

Actual result:

• 500 error message.txt

Expected result:

• no error

@kirillta now there is still 500 error but a bit different one, look at the attached file please 500 error.txt .

• now /api/accounts does not return 500 error during it execution

OK on DEV.
