How to reproduce:

try to update existed facility using PUT /api/accounts/{accountId}/facilities/{facilityId} or existed account PUT /api/accounts/{accountId}

Actual result: 500 error, look at attached log 500 error.txt

Summary: no 500 errors during PUT /api/accounts/{accountId}/facilities/{facilityId} PUT /api/accounts/{accountId} execution

OK on DEV.
