execute POST /api/payments or PUT /api/payments/{paymentId} with amount e.g. 134
check amount in "Transactions" table

Expected result:

Amount in "Transactions" table should have the same definition that I used in request (134 in my case)

Summary:

POST /api/payments and PUT /api/payments/{paymentId} writes to Amount of "Transactions" table the same definition that I used in request
decimal amount also may be used

OK on DEV.
