add and edit modals don't update website

Current behavior When adding organizations, tasks, or, datasets, on success, the website does not update and needs to be reloaded.

Expected behavior The newly created data is added to the website immediately:

• organizer-dropdown in edit-organization.js, add-task.js, and edit-task.js
• task list in index.html, add-dataset.js, edit-dataset.js
• dataset list on task.html
