how to update freescout with docker

I was wondering how does your freescout docker container receive updates,

Does your docker container receive updates same time as freescout pushes them or do you manually update the image/container and we need to pull it sudo docker pull [docker_image]

Hi How do I update this, every time I do docker pull tiredofit/freescout docker compose up - d

the application crashed Whoops, looks like something went wrong — check logs in /storage/logs

can you please share the recommended way to update application to latest build
