Build 0.99.13, s6 services.available init fails #5

Summary

When bringing up the container stack with the image built based on 0.99.13, s6 services.available failed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Build an image with the base docker-leantime image tagged 0.99.13.
  2. Bring up the container with the image.
  3. Read docker-compose logs

What is the expected correct behavior?

s6 services.available process should pass the check.

Possible fixes

Thanks. Related to S6 Overlay 3.xx in the upstream base images. It's been resolved with 0.99.14
