Fixed typo in Dockerfile (PHP ZIP Support) #44

Hi @jaydio. I've discovered my upstream git server which I do my work on is not playing nice with Github right now when there are Github PRs (and they are not going upstream). I'm going to make the fix manually on my git server for now after closing this PR - I will credit you for the fix in the changelog, but I think while I understand why this is breaking down this is my way forward for the next little bit.
