Update department on members' pages #100

We all have Department of Biomedical Informatics Should we change to Genetics or Tislab? @tursynay

Except for Sruthi, Moni, Anne, and Madan for a little while? Others?

I would assume we want to change to the UNC-CH Genetics department link (for those that moved).

There are also some people pages that include not only the old CU department link but also mention CU and their roles within CU in the "bio" section of their page, for example: https://tislab.org/members/matthew-brush.html
