Measurement Differences Between Spindle Morphometry Versions #73

It appears like the outcome of both versions is the same for: Spindle Length DNA Length

The different results in Spindle Width is explainable by a different processing of the data in min/max instead of the average distance.

Is that a result we expected? Shouldn't the use of the 2nd derivative lead to another outcome?
