Microglia: problem with morphometry #92

Hi Christian, Something is wrong with the Microglia morphometry plugin. I got this message with old and newly generated masks. Here is the error message: image. Thanks!

Hi Valerie, Thanks for letting me know. I fixed it. If you update your Fiji tomorrow it should work again.
