1) the section “CROPPING” should actually be called “VIEW TRACKED OBJECT”, the button renamed to “View as new stream” and the “Crop size” field renamed to “Expand/crop the tracked region by [factor]” putting the “all” in the tiptool text.

2) An “ABORT” button in the [TRACKING] section would be useful. It would kill any tracking task if one realise we did a mistake :-/

If the number for time points to track is larger than total number of time points or you happen to be in the middle of the stack when pressing track
could the default be track to end? (also as OK popup is fine) when switching between datasets and even tracking different objects within the same dataset but starting from different tp:s this would improve the "workflow”

How much work would it be to remove intensities greater than X in the center of mass calculation? I have an example where that would be useable, can pass by to show you.
