Can't find folders in certain environment ( tier1 vs tier2.)
EMBL compute cluster with almf-fiji

Is that running IJ on the EMBL compute cluster or on your laptop?

If it is running on the compute cluster you should talk to EMBL IT, as tier2 might not be supported. This also holds true for the VMs by the way. Tier2 might not be possible and surely not be fast. I think you should stage your data on Tier1. But you could talk to IT.
