This PR removes the auto-generated files in doc/_build from the git repo, and also the zip files of old versions in doc/mcerp_doc_v*.zip.
None of the Python projects I've seen store these files in the repo.
I plan to set up http://readthedocs.org for this project shortly, and for releases from now on, they will server HTML docs, and also offer PDF and ZIP download options. It might be possible to also build docs there for one or several older versions of mcerp if needed.
I think that's much more user-friendly to have the HTML docs available online (and also easier for us to maintain).
