EPS to SVG conversion : clipped output; impractical viewBox value

AIGA provides a set of simple EPS for symbols.

When using uniconvertor over any of the EPS files to get SVG files, the vector 
transformation works fine but the bounding box does not contain the whole 
image.  So most image display programs will only display a clipped part of the 
generated SVG artwork.

Joining 2 EPS examples with their SVG output from my instance of uniconvertor.

Running version 1.1.5 under Gentoo GNU/Linux.
